Your account remains exactly as it is. All your details and order history are still saved — and there’s nothing you need to do.
It takes 45 days to receive your points, which is in line with our returns period of 45 days. Any pending points due for approval prior to the 9th June will be added to accounts as normal. However points earned on or after 25th April 2025 will not be approved and will be voided. Any unused points will expire after the 9th June 2025.
You can keep track of your points through your account.
